Welcome to Lemon Squeezy. By using our event management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lemon Squeezy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lemon Squeezy is an event management platform that provides:

  • Event creation and guest management
  • Digital and printed invitation services
  • RSVP tracking and management
  • Gift registry creation and tracking
  • Thank-you card design and delivery (email, download, or mail)
  • Contact management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Features

Core features including event creation, digital invitations, RSVP tracking, gift registry, and email/PDF thank-you cards are provided free of charge.

Paid Services

Printed cards (invitations and thank-you cards) are paid services. Prices are displayed at checkout and include printing, handling, and postage. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Pricing

  • 4x6 postcards: $1.49 per card
  • 6x9 postcards: $1.99 per card
  • 6x11 postcards: $2.49 per card

Prices are subject to change. Current pricing will always be displayed before purchase.

5. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Lemon Squeezy participates in affiliate marketing programs. When guests purchase items from gift registries through links on our platform, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to the purchaser.

These affiliate relationships include, but are not limited to:

  • Amazon Associates Program
  • Impact affiliate network
  • Commission Junction (CJ) affiliate network
  • AWIN affiliate network

Affiliate commissions help support the free features of our platform. The presence of affiliate links does not influence our service or the products displayed in registries, which are entirely selected by event hosts.

6. Printed Card Services

Production and Delivery

Printed cards are produced and mailed by our printing partner. Typical delivery times are 5-7 business days for domestic addresses. International delivery may take longer.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate mailing addresses. We are not responsible for cards that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed cards, refunds are only available for cards that are damaged in production or lost in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of your order if you experience issues.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (event details, messages, designs). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates anyone's privacy

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

9. Guest Data and Privacy

When you invite guests to your events, you represent that you have the right to share their contact information with us and that they consent to receiving communications about your event.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Lemon Squeezy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMON SQUEEZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
